At 323 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Flatgap, or near Paintsville, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Paintsville, Inez, Warfield, Add, Pilgrim, Fitz, Davella, Oil
Springs, Whitehouse, Meally, Prince, Collista, West Van Lear,
Williamsport, Offutt, Elna, Milo, Job, Lovely, and Gillem Branch.
