Description:
At 320 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles southwest of Plainfield, or 20 miles southwest of Indianapolis,
moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Indianapolis, Plainfield, Speedway, Danville, Southport, Avon,
Clayton, Homecroft, Indianapolis Int'l Airport, and Camby.
This includes the following highways...
Interstate 65 near mile marker 104, near mile marker 108, and
between mile markers 118 and 119.
Interstate 70 between mile markers 62 and 80.
Interstate 74 near mile marker 73.
