Description:
At 222 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Bedford to 18 miles northeast of Shoals to
10 miles north of Paoli. Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Bedford, Mitchell, Oolitic, Medora, Heltonville, Norman, Pleasant
View, Spring Mill State Park, Tunnelton, and Kurtz.
