Description: 
West to northwest winds gusting 25 to 35 mph early overnight will gradually diminish with gusts of 20 to 25 mph by 6 AM. A few lingering bands of light snow showers and flurries will also diminish during overnight. However, some slippery stretches of roads especially in rural areas from Canton to Bloomington northward, will continue overnight from lingering icy and snow covered roads. Parts of I-74 north of Galesburg up to Woodhull is currently closed, and parts of I-39 between El Paso and Wenona has some travel impacts.
