At 1027 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Valdosta to 12 miles south of Monticello.
Movement was northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Homerville, Pearson, Jennings, Argyle, Statenville, Du Pont, Mayday,
Manor, Blue Springs, and Cogdell.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 200 PM EDT for northern
Florida...and southeastern Georgia.
