Description:
At 503 PM EDT/403 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 10 miles southeast of Vernon, moving northwest at 10
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Wausau, Nixon, Singer Road, Saunders, Greenhead, Camp Flowers, Gainer
Spring, Gilberts Mill, Bennett, Youngstown, Cairo, Porter Lake,
Spring Hollow, Majette, and Riverside.
