At 902 AM EDT/802 AM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Arlington to 8 miles southeast of Ashford to near Graceville. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Colquitt, Cottonwood, Graceville, Donalsonville, Blakely, Dothan, Taylor, Ashford, Slocomb, Cowarts, Arlington, Columbia, Leary, Douglasville, Centerville, Malone, Malvern, Rehobeth, Greenwood, and Avon.

These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service. A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1000 AM EDT/900 AM CDT/ for southeastern Alabama...the Panhandle of Florida...and southwestern Georgia. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect until 200 PM EDT/100 PM CDT/ for southwestern Georgia.
