* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 45 mph.
* WHERE...McPherson, Brown, Marshall, and Roberts Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM CDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result. Patchy blowing dust will continue, with
localized areas with blowing dust causing visibility to fall to
around 1 mile at times.
