Description:
At 235 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Delta 1 Launch Facility, or 21 miles southwest of Philip, moving
northeast at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Cottonwood and Delta 1 Launch Facility.
This includes Interstate 90 in South Dakota between Mile Markers 119
and 130.
