Big Sioux River near Estelline affecting Hamlin and Brookings
Counties.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...Big Sioux River near Bruce.
* WHEN...Until further notice.
* IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, The right bank overflows, flooding
agricultural lands for as much as 1/4 mile.
