Description:
At 724 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain are ending across the warned area. Trained spotters reported
between 2 and 4 inches of rain has fallen. Flash flooding of pasture
land and fields will continue as runoff flows to the Cheyenne River.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Trained spotters reported.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and low lying areas.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
