Southwestern Oglala Lakota County in southwestern South Dakota... * Until 900 PM MDT. * At 645 PM MDT, Emergency management reported flooding continues in Oglala, but water was beginning to recede. However, additional thunderstorms are developing, and will once again move over the flash flood area. Between 3 and 4 inches of rain have fallen and an additional 1 to 3 inches are possible across the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring and will continue. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, and streets. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
