...CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS POSSIBLE ACROSS INLAND PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST GA ON TUESDAY... The National Weather Service in Jacksonville has issued a Red Flag Warning for low humidity, strong winds and critically dry fuels, which is in effect from noon today to 8 PM EDT this evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect. * AFFECTED AREA...In Georgia, Coffee, Jeff Davis, Bacon, Appling and Atkinson. * TIMING...During the afternoon hours Tuesday 12 PM to 8 PM. * WINDS...Northeast 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 23 percent. * TEMPERATURES...Up to 75. * IMPACTS...Existing or newly ignited wildfires may exhibit erratic fire behavior, spread rapidly and become difficult to contain or suppress.
