At 833 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Lehighton, moving northeast at 55 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Pottsville, Tamaqua, Schuylkill Haven, St. Clair, Orwigsburg, Port Carbon, Tuscarora, New Philadelphia, Friedensburg, Renningers, McKeansburg, Coaldale, Snyders, Lake Wynonah, Cressona, Palo Alto, Auburn, Deer Lake, Cumbola, and Middleport.
