Description: 
At 436 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 14 miles southeast of Canton to 12 miles northeast of Montoursville to near Milton. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Bloomsburg, Berwick, Muncy, Watsontown, Hughesville, Montgomery, Mifflinville, Lightstreet, Almedia, Buckhorn, Jerseytown, Rohrsburg, Iola, Jamison City, Eyers Grove, Waller, Kettle Creek Gorge, Lairdsville, Central, and Biggertown.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. These storms may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service. Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until these storms pass. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for central and north central Pennsylvania.
