At 519 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from 11 miles north of Oil City to 5 miles northeast of New Wilmington, or along a line from 11 miles north of Oil City to 9 miles east of Hermitage, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and small hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Oil City, Franklin, Sugarcreek, Mercer, Stoneboro, Polk, Sandy Lake, Rouseville, Fredonia, Cooperstown, Jackson Center, Utica, New Lebanon, Maurice K Goddard State Park and Oil Creek State Park.
