IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Oil City, Franklin, Sugarcreek, Tionesta, Hasson Heights, Seneca, Rouseville, Woodland Heights, Fryburg, Cranberry Township and Oil Creek State Park. Quarter size hail was reported near Franklin with this storm.
