Southwestern Potter County in north central Pennsylvania... * Until 900 PM EDT. * At 822 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Ridgway, moving east at 50 mph. Other storms were just west of this storm. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... St. Marys, Ridgway, Johnsonburg, Cameron, Emporium, Betula, Wilcox, James City, East Branch Dam, Elk River, Keating Summit, and Truman. Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm.
