* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 7 to 11
inches expected above 4000 feet. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
* WHERE...In Oregon, Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon. In
Washington, Northwest Blue Mountains.
* WHEN...From 5 AM to 5 PM PDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low
visibilities to create difficult driving conditions. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
