Description:
At 416 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Cascadia, or 12 miles east of Sweet Home, moving north at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Cascadia and Green Peter Reservoir.
In Oregon this includes U.S. Highway 20 east of Sweet Home between
mile markers 38 and 47.
Instruction:
