Description:
At 904 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles north of Farnsworth to 19 miles
northwest of Codman. Movement was east at 35 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Perryton, Spearman, Wolf Creek Park, Waka, Lora, and Farnsworth.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
the Panhandle of Texas.
