Northwestern Red River County in northeastern Texas... * Until 600 PM CDT. * At 456 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 27 miles northwest of Manchester, or 42 miles northwest of Clarksville, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Idabel, Manchester, Wright City, Valliant, Millerton, Garvin, Golden, Glover, Oak Hill, Farmers Hill, Slim, Holly Creek, Albion, Rufe, Redland, Silver City, Ringold, Bryarly and Kiomatia.
