* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Oklahoma, including the following county, Jackson and northern Texas, including the following county, Wilbarger. * WHEN...Until 1015 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 711 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area.
