At 407 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms have produced heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue. Some additional lighter rain will remain possible, but amounts will generally be less than one-quarter of an inch through 515 PM. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
