Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central and southwest Oklahoma, including the
following counties, in central Oklahoma, Grady. In southwest
Oklahoma, Caddo and Comanche.
* WHEN...Until 900 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 645 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 3 and 7.5 inches of rain
have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in
the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Chickasha, Rush Springs, Sterling, Cement, Norge, Ninnekah,
Acme and Laverty.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
