At 510 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated most of the thunderstorms producing heavy rain had moved out of the warned area. Radar estimates between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
