Description:
At 641 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Deshler, or 12 miles southeast of Napoleon, moving southeast at 30
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Findlay, North Baltimore, McComb, Rawson, Van Buren, Hoytville,
Benton Ridge, Mount Cory, Custar, Milton Center, and Bairdstown.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM EDT for
northwestern Ohio.
