At 452 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over South Russell, or 10 miles southwest of Chardon, moving northeast at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Chardon, Solon, South Russell, Middlefield, Burton, Chesterland, Parkman, Chagrin Falls, Huntsburg, Claridon, Montville, Bainbridge, and Aquilla.
