At 717 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Elida, or near Delphos, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Lima, Delphos, Bluffton, Fort Shawnee, Spencerville, Columbus Grove, Elida, Spencerville In Allen County, Cairo, Fort Jennings, Harrod, Beaverdam, Westminster, Yoder, Gomer, Rushmore, Rimer, Conant, Vaughnsville, and Hume. This includes Interstate 75 between mile markers 119 and 141.
