At 308 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles west of Andover, or 17 miles south of Ashtabula, moving northeast at 50 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Edinboro, Cambridge Springs, Orwell, Albion, Andover, Linesville, Harmonsburg, Pymatuning North, Pymatuning Central, Roaming Shores, Pierpont, Saegertown, Cherry Valley, Conneautville, Cranesville, Rock Creek, Springboro, Platea, Mill Village, and McKean.
