* WHAT...Flooding caused by prior excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Washington County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 400 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1108 PM EDT, the gauge on the Little Muskingum River at Bloomfield was at 15.6 feet. The river is anticipated to rise just above Minor Flood Stage (16.0 feet) overnight. Flooding is expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
