Warning for the following rivers...
Raccoon Creek near Granville.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Raccoon Creek near Granville.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water covers portions of Route 539A and
breaches the bike trail west of Granville.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:00 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 10.3 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
early this morning to a crest of 14.8 feet early this
morning. It will then fall below flood stage this morning.
- Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
