* WHAT...For the High Surf Warning, dangerously large breaking waves of 12 to 17 feet. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, minor coastal flooding of 1 to 2 feet expected. For the High Surf Advisory, large breaking waves of 10 to 14 feet expected. For the High Rip Current Risk, dangerous rip currents. * WHERE...South, west, and north facing reefs of Tinian and Saipan. * WHEN...For the High Surf Warning, until 10 AM ChST this morning. For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 11 AM ChST Sunday. For the High Surf Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 5 PM ChST Sunday. For the High Rip Current Risk, through Sunday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. Breaking waves can sweep people off jetties and docks, and into dangerous seas. Life-threatening swimming conditions and significant beach erosion can be expected. Rip currents can sweep even the best swimmers away from shore into deeper water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As Typhoon Sinlaku continues to move away, the primary swell and highest surf will be northwest. Seas will be slow to subside over the next couple of days.
Instruction: 
Everyone should remain out of the water due to life-threatening surf conditions. Stay off of jetties, piers, and other waterside infrastructure. Rip currents will be life threatening. If caught in a rip current, relax and float. Don't swim against the current. If able, swim in a direction following the shoreline. If unable to escape, face the shore and call or wave for help.
