Description: 
* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Warning, significant coastal flooding up to 4 feet. For the High Surf Warning, dangerously large breaking waves of 13 to 18 feet. * WHERE...South, west and north facing reefs and shorelines. * WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Warning, until 5 PM ChST Thursday. For the High Surf Warning, until 5 PM ChST Friday. * IMPACTS...Some roads may be closed. Low lying property including homes, businesses, and some critical infrastructure will be inundated. Some shoreline erosion will occur. Breaking waves can sweep people off jetties and docks, and into dangerous seas. Life-threatening swimming conditions and significant beach erosion can be expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...As TY Sinlaku continues to move away and wind driven waves decrease, the primary swell and highest surf will become southwest. Seas will be slow to subside over the next couple of days. A High Surf Advisory may continue into the weekend.
Instruction: 
Everyone should remain out of the water due to life-threatening surf conditions. Stay off of jetties, piers, and other waterside infrastructure.
