...RED FLAG WARNING FOR FAR WESTERN NORTH DAKOTA ON THURSDAY... .Critical fire weather conditions will return to far western North Dakota Thursday afternoon and evening. High temperatures will climb into the lower to mid 90s, causing humidity to fall as low as 15 percent. South-southeast winds will once again increase to around 30 mph, with gusts as high as 45 mph. The combination of low humidity and winds will create critical fire weather conditions.
