* WHAT...For the High Wind Warning, west winds 30 to 40 mph with localized and sporadic gusts up to 60 mph under rain showers. For the Blowing Dust Advisory, visibility between one-quarter and one mile in blowing dust. * WHERE...Cavalier, Nelson, Ramsey, Towner, and Western Walsh Counties. * WHEN...Until 9 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to reduced visibility from blowing dust and dirt. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very gusty winds under rain showers may create locally heavy blowing dust or dirt, creating near zero visibility.
Instruction: 
Be ready for a sudden drop in visibility to near zero in open country from blowing dust or dirt. If you encounter heavy blowing dust or dirt on the roadway, be prepared for sudden drop in visibility, possibly to near zero. If you find yourself unable to drive out near zero visibility, pull off the road as far as possible and put your vehicle in park until visibility improves. Turn the lights all the way off and keep foot off the brake pedal. Remember, 'Pull Aside, Stay Alive'. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Persons with respiratory problems should make preparations to stay indoors until the storm passes.
