IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Smithfield, Angier, Benson, Selma, Coats, Four Oaks, Coats Crossroads, and Buies Creek. This includes the following highways... Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 95 and 77. Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 313 and 334.
