Goldsboro, Smithfield, Clinton, Mount Olive, Benson, Fremont, Walnut Creek, Selma, Four Oaks, and Pine Level. This includes the following highways... Interstate 95 between Mile Markers 101 and 79. Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 327 and 358.
