Description:
At 634 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles south of Brevard, or 4 miles southeast of Rosman, moving
southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Rosman, Table Rock State Park, Jocassee Gorges, Caesars Head State
Park, Gorges State Park, Sunset, Pumpkintown, Connestee, Sassafras
Mountain, and Rocky Bottom.
Instruction:
