Description: 
* Affected Area...Portions of the Hudson Valley FDRA including the following counties: eastern Montgomery, Schenectady, extreme northeastern Schoharie, Albany, Rensselaer, eastern Greene, Columbia, eastern Ulster, Dutchess, and much of Sullivan County. * Timing...Until 7 PM this evening, with the lowest RH and strongest wind gusts expected through the late afternoon. * Winds...Southwest 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. * Relative Humidity...As low as 25-30 percent. * Temperatures...Up to 83. * Impacts...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
