At 437 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Warren Center, or 13 miles northeast of Towanda, moving east at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Montrose, Orwell, Rome, Le Raysville, Little Meadows, Friendsville, Warren Center, Brackney, Birchardville, and Middletown Center.
