expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, northeast, and southeast
New Mexico.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs may be blown down. Expect strong crosswinds on area roadways,
including I-25 and I-40.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Localized areas of blowing dust may restrict
visibility.
