The National Weather Service in Midland/Odessa has issued a Red Flag Warning for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from 11 AM CDT /10 AM MDT/ this morning to 9 PM CDT /8 PM MDT/ this evening. * WINDS...West 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 35 mph.
