East Central Lea County in southeastern New Mexico...
Northwestern Gaines County in western Texas...
* Until 1030 AM MDT /1130 AM CDT/.
* At 730 AM MDT /830 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms
producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch
of rain has fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor
drainage and low-lying areas.

Hobbs, Lovington, Seminole, Seagraves, Humble City, Seagraves
Airport, Higginbotham, Knowles, Paynes Corner, Industrial Airpark,

Instruction:
