At 518 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12 miles southwest of Villanueva State Park, or 32 miles east of Moriarty, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Villanueva State Park, Villanueva and Clines Corners. This includes the following highways... Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 219 and 243. Highway 285 between Mile Markers 246 and 252.
