At 403 PM MDT, Surface observations indicated a strong outflow boundary extending from 13 miles southeast of Mesita to near Veguita, moving west at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Surface observations. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Jarales, Veguita, Casa Colorada, Sabinal, Abeytas and Las Nutrias. This includes Interstate 25 between Mile Markers 176 and 188.
Instruction: 
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. Blowing dust associated with strong thunderstorm winds can reduce visibility below one quarter mile at times.
