* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures between 22 and 28 expected, except
in the mid 30s in Albuquerque's Northeast Heights.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central,
northeast, and northwest New Mexico.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM MDT this morning.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
To prevent water pipes from freezing, wrap, drain or allow them to
drip slowly.
