Central Dona Ana County in south central New Mexico... * Until 745 PM MDT. * At 548 PM MDT, Thunderstorms with torrential rain continue to produce heavy rainfall along the West Mesa of Las Cruces. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flash flooding is likely to impact arroyos and low water crossings draining from the west mesa into the Mesilla Hills area, and rural areas near the Mesilla Diversion Dam. Less impactful poor drainage flooding is also likely east of the Rio Grande in Mesilla, San Pablo, and parts of Las Cruces. * Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
