* At 708 PM MDT, a wall of dust was located along a line from 9 miles
southeast of Meadow Lake to 16 miles west of Bernardo, moving
southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Less than two miles visibility with strong winds in excess
of 40 mph.
