HAZARD...Less than two miles visibility with strong winds in excess of 40 mph. SOURCE...Public reported. IMPACT...Hazardous travel. * Locations impacted include... Veguita, Casa Colorada, Bernardo, Jarales, Rio Communities, Los Trujillos-Gabaldon, La Joya, Manzano Mountain State Park and Manzano. This includes the following highways...
