* WHAT...For the first Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 95. For the second Heat Advisory, heat index values up to 99 expected. * WHERE...Western and Central Hillsborough, Belknap, Merrimack, Strafford, Sullivan, Southern Grafton, Cheshire, Eastern Hillsborough, and Interior Rockingham Counties. * WHEN...For the first Heat Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this evening. For the second Heat Advisory, from noon to 8 PM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...It will remain warm tonight as overnight lows only dip into the mid 60s to lower 70s.
Instruction: 
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
